Compounds - Mixtures of plastic profiles
The compounds based on which we manufacture profiles include carefully selected materials, so that they meet any possible requirement. The standard compounds are the following:
Compound 1:
Based on PVC. Highly resistant to industrial grade oils and lubricants. For high frequency welding.
`Compound 2:
Based on PVC. Highly resistant to industrial grade oils and lubricants. For hot air and infrared welding.
Compound 3:
PVC in a heat-sealing mixture. Can be welded to a polyester fiber surface. Available only for V-type guides.
Compound 4:
Polyurethane-/PVC, Highly resistant to industrial grade oils and lubricants. For high-frequency welding with PVC and polyurethane conveyor belts.
Compound 5:
Soft polyurethane. Available for use only with trapezoidal V-type guides.
Compound 6:
85 Shore "A" polyurethane. Available for E-type profiles and trapezoidal V-type guides.
